Corrosion is the major serious issue in the case of exposed Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) structures located in marine environment or elsewhere. The corrosion effect can be minimized either by providing proper cover or plastering with Cement Mortar(CM), so that the percolation of atmospheric agents can be minimized. This paper describes the properties of CM 1:3 by partial replacement of fine aggregate(river sand) using natural green materials consist of purified on shore marine sand (MS) at a range of 5%,10% 15%, 20%, and 25% with air burnt Coconut Shell Ash(CSA) at 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% and adding naturally prepared Tamarindus Pulp Husk Extract (TPHE) at a replacement rate of 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% by weight of cement. For all the mixtures, results has been analyzed for the mechanical properties like compressive strength, flexural strength, and water absorption test for durability in addition to the change in length test for the selected mixtures.
